RingetteOn-Ice sessions

Our on ice sessions are designed with high tempo, intense drills that will challenge and develop Elite ringette players. Minimum 8 qualified coaches per session (1 coach per 4 player ratio).

 Off- Ice sessions

The conditioning sessions are designed specifically for the game of  ringette including the use of slide boards, angle boxes, bungee cords, etc.

Qualified coaching staff

We are proud of our 1 coach to 4 player ratio and our experienced coaching staff. We have a minimum of 8 qualified coaches per on ice session and 5 qualified coaches for the off-ice sessions.

Overview

U10 Camp 

  •  On Ice (7.5hrs): 90 minutes per session.
  • Off Ice (5hrs): 60 minutes per session.
  • Ratio: Minimum 1 coach per 4 participants.

Registration fee: $375 (includes taxes and a jersey).

U12 and U14 Camps

  • On Ice (10hrs): 2 hours per session.
  • Off Ice (5hrs): 60 minutes per session.
  • Ratio: Minimum 1 coach per 4 participants. 

Registration fee: $405 (includes taxes and a jersey)

 

Details

Techniques & Tactiques

Skating: Agility & Balance, Quick feet & Pivots, Power Turns & Crossovers, Starts & Stops, Backwards, Explosive Skating with resistance (Belts and Ropes, Bungee Cords and Tubing).

Shooting: Wrist Shot, Backhand, In Motion

Passing: One-touch, Backhand, In motion.

Individual Tactics: Angling, 1 on 1 (gap, contain, pressure, Man to Man Coverage), Tip Reception, Ring Protection,  One Timers, Forehand Stick Checking, Fakes/Deeking, Scoring, Rebounds & Wrap Arounds

Team Tactics: Defensive Triangle, Breaking the triangle, Breakouts, Offensive Tactiques: 2 on 1, 3 on 1, 3 on 2, 3 on 3.
